1. Exchanges and returns

Purchases take place in person at the stand. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, on presentation of the receipt, with the item intact, unused and with any tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, earrings and hair accessories cannot be exchanged.

2. Legal warranty

Consumers benefit from the 24-month legal warranty of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code. In case of a conformity defect you may request repair or replacement on presentation of the receipt.

3. Product compliance

• Costume jewellery is made of stainless steel, enamelled brass, hypoallergenic alloy and cut crystal; it contains no precious metals or certified gemstones.
• Products comply with European limits on nickel and regulated substances (REACH) as declared by suppliers.
• Sunglasses are CE-marked with UV400 protection; they are neither medical devices nor prescription lenses.
• Garments carry composition labelling and washing instructions.

4. Acceptable use of the site

Attempting unauthorised access, automated scraping of content or sending unsolicited communications through our contact channels is prohibited. Members-area accounts used improperly will be revoked.

5. Accessibility

The site is designed with adequate contrast, alternative text on images and keyboard navigation. Report any barriers to support@hussainmohsin.com and we will act as soon as possible.

6. Complaints

For complaints or reports, write to support@hussainmohsin.com stating the purchase date and market. We reply within 5 business days.
